I had 2 minor tap repairs done first of all. Both of these jobs were completed quickly and efficiently, no fuss and no mess! The next job was a boiler replacement with a complete flush through of the system. This was also completed quickly, efficiently and as per the estimate. I would thoroughly recommend JRS Plumbing and Heating, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Good, reliable tradesmen are hard to find, Joe treats customers exactly as you would want to be treated.

I found JRS to be completely professional in fault finding the appalling bathroom installation another plumber had 'completed ' at my family home. Joe is very knowledgeable, trustworthy precise and takes huge pride in doing a great job for his customers. Booked them for a service. On inspection after 1.5 hours, they wanted to replace boiler. We then got two independent certified engineers as a second and third opinion who both said it didn't need to be replaced. Threatened us with bailiffs if we didn't pay the full £90 call out charge (inc en suite sink blockage clear) which we wanted to reduce as we agreed a lower service charge. We paid and will never use again.

I had Joe’s details down to call after being highly recommended on Facebook. I’d had an ongoing leak under the sink which started a year ago but decided to manage it by placing a vase underneath during lockdown. Knew I’d need it someday as my shower decided to pack up so finally I decided to call Joe! I’m so impressed with the service received Joe came within 48 hrs despite being so busy I now have a lovely new shower and no more leaks under my sink! Phoned Joe about a tap problem. It wasn't an emergency but he could fit me in quickly. Did the job very quickly and also gave me some very useful information about a couple of other matters, as a result of which he is now sourcing some replacement parts and will be coming back to fit them soon.
